Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at NK Boutique! We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us at office@nklafayette.com. 

Returns 

We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. 

Any returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be processed and will be shipped back to the customer. 

Store Credit 

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued in the form of a customer credit number. You will receive an email return confirmation that shows your eight digit store credit number. This number is unique to you and is eligible to be used in-store only. Your store credit does not expire. To use your store credit in-store, simply ask the salesperson to apply your store credit to your purchase. 

Exchanges 

If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at office@nklafayette.com to request an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. 

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. 

Non-Returnable Items 

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returns Process 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

1. Contact us at office@nklafayette.com to request a return. Make the subject of the email “Return Order #***” notifying us of your return, and we will send a confirmation email saying we are agreeing to process your return and will process it within 7 business days of receiving your return.
2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include your receipt and/or order confirmation. 
3. Ship the item to the following address:
